Please be sure to input all required custom information in the “notes to seller” box during checkout. Failure to do so will almost indefinitely cause a delay in getting your order processed and shipped out on time. ♥ ♥ ♥ ORDER CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel an order, please contact us ASAP. No refunds will be given if an order is already been started/made. ♥ ♥ ♥ SHIPPING DELAYS: We ship USPS Priority Mail, but we do not guarantee delivery within the 2-3 day time period. Most orders make it on time, but on occasion a package is delayed for unknown reasons. If we fulfilled our obligations on our end and in the event that your order is delayed by the carrier, there will be no refunds, shop credit, etc. Please note that if your order shows “Delivered” with USPS, and you state that you did not receive it, no refund will be given.
